Placement

Your student may be ready for Delta if they can:

  • Comfortably add or subtract multiple-digit numbers using regrouping as needed
  • Recall single-digit multiplication facts from memory
  • Demonstrate a multiplication problem by building or drawing a rectangle
  • List the multiplication facts of a given number
  • Solve for an unknown factor
  • Write a subtraction equation (number sentence) to solve a word problem
  • Write a multiplication equation (number sentence) to solve a word problem
