Starter Block Set The initial Starter Set is an 80-piece set of colorful, base 10, stacking blocks used to teach all aspects of arithmetic. These are also used with the Inserts to illustrate beginning algebra and decimals. There are four each of the 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s, 7s, 8s, 9s, and 100s; twenty 10s; and twenty-four units. If you plan on only getting one set of blocks, this is the one.

Completer Set 2

Completer Block Set The Completer Set, when added to the Starter Set, provides students with at least ten of each piece. It includes six each of the 2s, 3s, 4s, 6s, 7s, 8s, 9s, and 100s; ten 10s; sixteen units, and ten 5s for building the block clock.

Fraction Overlays

Fraction Overlays A 37-piece set of colored vinyl fraction pieces to represent the numerator, and lined clear overlays to illustrate the denominator. The kit presents the 1/2s through the 1/6s, plus 1/8s, 1/10s, and 1/16s. All of the colored vinyl pieces correspond to the manipulative blocks and are organized in a cloth, stepped holder.

Algebra/Decimal Inserts

Starter Block Set The algebra inserts are smooth pieces which snap into the backs of the ten and hundred pieces to illustrate X, -X, and X squared. The decimal parts represent units, 1/10s and 1/100s. There are 50 pieces in all.
