Steve, As a homeschooling mom of a hearing disabled/learning disabled child, I don’t much use the “points-off” system when he gets a problem wrong. We just keep at it until he does get it. However, being required to keep accurate records, how would you grade a typical test?  

By the way, thank you so much! My children actually like math now. I actually have to make them get their other work done first, or they would just do math for three hours!
