That’s a lot of skip counting by twos :-)

Dear, Mr. Steve

We frequently hear from parents who are excited about and thankful for Math-U-See but it is especially nice to hear from the kids using Math-U-See. And we recently received one such report. Here is what Abbey had to say,

Dear, Mr. Steve

“I am Abbey a child of a home-school mom. And I am 10. Math-U-see has been very fun for me and we are on to Beta and I am absolutely loving it. Math has usually been a struggle (before I used Math-U-See) and didn’t really get the hang of it on the other math books. Your curriculum has been a lot easier for me and my brother. I want to do more and more every time I even want to take it with me some places. You are so cool and keep up the good work!”

Used Math-U-See Curriculum

Have you ever wanted to buy or sell used Math-U-See curriculum?

If so you are not alone. The market for used materials is vibrant in the homeschool world. I was on one auction site recently and saw a, used old classic edition with VHS tapes being auctioned for over 120 dollars! The seller had it labeled as a collectible I’ve even see the free demo DVD’s be sold for several dollars.

Because of those and other examples of auction misuses we have created a buyers and sellers guide, to provide you with valuable information to make the process run more smoothly and allow you to get the best deal possible.

Happy Shopping!

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

And that time is… Christmas shopping time! Here is one idea for a GREAT stocking stuffer.

Wooden Storage Boxes for your manipulative block sets

Wooden Storage Boxes

Okay so it won’t fit in your stocking but it would be a great gift, that also has a practical purpose ☺

Buy some storage boxes and keep your blocks organized. These attractive hand-made boxes come as a set of two, as pictured, and are designed to hold both the Starter and Completer block sets. One box in the set comes with recessed grooves for a handy place to build addition problems. Plexiglas covers keep the blocks in the boxes when they are not being used. These boxes are handcrafted in Lancaster county, specifically designed to keep your blocks all in one place and looking good.

*Note blocks sold separately

If you already have one, leave a comment and tell us how great they are ☺
